Logify Extension Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
The Logify Chrome extension is provided for Techstacks employees to sign in to Logify, view attendance, and perform clock actions.
Data we access
- Account credentials — When you sign in, your email and password are sent directly to Logify’s servers over HTTPS. Passwords are not stored unless you enable “Remember me.”
- Remember me — If enabled, your email and password are stored locally in the browser using Chrome’s extension storage API on your device only.
- Session cookies — After sign-in, Logify session cookies are stored in your browser so the extension can load your profile and attendance.
- Employee data — Profile and attendance data returned by Logify (name, shift, time logs, device status) is displayed in the popup and is not sent to any third party.
Data we do not collect
This extension does not send your data to the extension developer or any service other than Logify (logify.techstacksph.com).
Permissions
- cookies — Read and manage Logify session cookies for authentication.
- storage — Store optional remembered login credentials and temporary app settings on your device.
- Host access (logify.techstacksph.com) — Communicate only with the Logify web application.
For privacy questions, contact your Techstacks administrator or HR team.
